It’s the new quarter, you’ve scheduled candidates to for interviews next week, (the hiring process is such a bitch), and it’s budget season…(it seems like it’s always budget season).
You look at your timesheet and you’ve worked well over 50 hours last week. Mentally exhausted and tired of front-line employees complaining about every little thing in their self-absorbed world, you’re not feeling a sense of achievement at work.
Your boss keeps packing on shit for you to do because let’s be honest here, he doesn’t know what the hell he’s doing and is relying on your help, and your directs are being petty and refuse to get along with each other.
